Attention of lawyers

Chairman of the Legal Policies and State Structuring Committee of Milli Majlis, first Deputy Chairman of the Parliament of Azerbaijan Ali Huseynli, Chairman of the committee on human rights of the Parliament, Chairman of the Social Research Center Zahid Oruj and Chairman of the Azerbaijan Bar Association Anar Baghirov will hold a zoom conference with the members of Bar Association. The zoom conference will be held on September the 21st at 11.00-13.00.

The conference will discuss the issues within the competence of both committees, as well as address the issues covering the advocacy activities.

Agenda and topic of the conference is as follows:
Topic of discussion: legislative and other problems of implementation of advocacy in Azerbaijan
Issues proposed to discuss during the conference:

- Problems regarding the legislation of providing the activity of the defence institution (CM, CPM, MM, MPM, IPM, IXM, CIM, on lawyers and advocacy activities, laws, on courts and judges, on mediation, on implementation and etc.)
- Legal aspects of arranging the free of charge of legal aid,
- Social payment and tax obligations of lawyers.

The conference will be organized by the committee on human rights of the Parliament of Azerbaijan.
